I originally began my path in the field of Psychology, drawn to understanding the inner landscape of the human experience. Over time, I noticed that approaching trauma solely through the mind often felt incomplete. While cognitive insight can be deeply supportive—especially early on—it didn’t always address the deeper layers of experience held within the body. I became curious about what might be possible when healing is approached more holistically, with equal attention to the nervous system and the body’s innate intelligence.
That curiosity led me to attend massage school in 2014 after I completed my Associate's in Psychology. A hands-on, body-centered approach felt more aligned with the kind of healing I wanted to support. Learning about the interconnectedness of muscle, fascia, and the nervous system helped bridge the gap between psychology and physical experience, and everything began to make sense. After graduating, I continued my studies with a Reiki Master for 3 years, which further shaped my ability to hold grounded, attentive space and to listen beyond words.
I believe the body is an intelligent, adaptive system. When experiences are overwhelming or unresolved, the body often holds protective patterns—tension, guarding, or restriction—that can persist long after the original event has passed. Over time, these patterns may show up as chronic pain, limited mobility, or a sense of disconnection. My work supports gentle awareness of these holding patterns, allowing the body to unwind at its own pace.
My massage style is slow, intentional, and intuitive, integrating myofascial techniques, neuromuscular therapy, energy work, and nervous system–informed touch. In 2017, I added Ashiatsu to my practice, which allows access to deeper layers of tissue with broad, sustained pressure—supporting long-held tension to soften and restore ease without force.
I am deeply passionate about holding space for people as they explore their internal body landscape and reconnect with a sense of safety, freedom, and choice within themselves. My intention is not to fix, but to support awareness, regulation, and integration in a non-judgmental space rooted in curiosity and respect.
