Reiki is an exchange of energy between practitioner
and client whether it be human or animal. A Reiki Practitioner has the ability to lay their hands on the recipient and
transmit healing energy.
The practitioner is trained and studies under a Reiki
Master. It takes approximately one year or more to become a qualified Reiki Master There are several levels to
the program that are labeled Level 1, Level 2, etc. The final level being, Reiki Master which qualifies the person to
practice at the highest level as well as teach.
In order to advance levels the student must learn the
lessons taught, have an attunement and practice. An attunement provides the student with a higher level of energy exchange
and unblocks the Chakras (see chakras for explanation), scientifically proven energy points
in our bodies.
The student has the option to advance levels.
All Reiki levels produce healing energy . However, as you advance levels the healing energy becomes stronger and more
noticable.
